The fees with regard to use of hearing rooms and other services for arbitrations not subject to ITOTAM Arbitration Rules are determined by the Arbitration Court of ITOTAM.
Please submit your request for reservation to the Secretariat specifying the facilities you may need

First hearing/meeting room has a capacity of maksimum 20. Second hearing/meeting room has a capacity of maksimum 10
Internet, LCD projector and screen, photocopy and fax services and microphones are available. Flipchart, whiteboard and markers, telephone with speakerphone function, sound system and catering services can be provided upon request.

Yasemin Room has a capacity of minimum 30. Internet, LCD projector and screen, photocopy and fax services and microphones are available. Flipchart, whiteboard and markers, telephone with speakerphone function, sound system and catering services can be provided upon request.
